Restoring Fairness and Understanding in Family Court and CPS

We bridge the gap between families and professionals through Core Values Index™ insight, compassionate coaching, and transparent advocacy — helping both sides see clearly, serve wisely, and protect what matters most.

Our Mission

We exist to restore fairness and understanding within family court and Child Protective Services by bridging the gap between families and professionals through truth, insight, and compassion.

We do this by:

  • Equipping parents with free Core Values Index™ (CVI) coaching and court-safe insight reports that reveal their strengths and wiring under pressure.

  • Training counties and professionals to understand their own hardwiring and communication styles, reducing bias, burnout, and misinterpretation.

  • Exposing patterns of injustice in family systems to promote transparency, accountability, and reform.

Our mission is simple yet transformative: help families be seen clearly, help professionals serve wisely, and help truth stand where bias once ruled.

Our Vision

A future where every parent, child, and professional in family systems is understood — not misjudged.

We envision a world where:

  • Family courts and CPS agencies operate with transparency, empathy, and wisdom, guided by data and human understanding rather than assumption.

  • Parents are represented truthfully, with their wiring, strengths, and motives understood in context, not distorted by stress or bias.

  • Caseworkers and agencies lead with self-awareness, using the Core Values Index™ to build healthier teams, improve communication, and serve families with integrity.

  • Truth replaces confusion, and accountability replaces fear, creating systems that reflect justice, compassion, and the dignity every family deserves.

At Father’s Advocacy Network, we believe change begins when both sides understand what drives the other.

Through insight, coaching, and exposure, we’re helping families and professionals work together to protect what matters most — the children.
